AirPlus resistance
The rower is equipped with an adjustable damper (10 positions) to control air resistance and flow, and has a magnetic resistance with 8 different levels to choose. With the presence of a wide range of resistance levels, the workout can be adapted to personal fitness goals. For example; improve endurance, improve training times, recovery training, strength training, explosiveness.

Easy measurement of performance and progress
The XEBEX AirPlus Rower 4.0 with Smart Connect features an LCD display, brightly lit and color-coded. Featuring a progress circle that allows you to easily track every 500 meters rowed with the circle getting smaller the closer you get to the finish line. Simply start pulling/rowing and the console will track time rowed, time/500M, watts, heart rate (if connected to a heart rate monitor), meters/distance, beats per minute, calories and total beats on one display. The main menu gives you access to preset programs such as: fast start, race, interval / tabata, target time, target distance, target calories, target heart rate and target beats.

Smart Connect Ecosystem

Easy Storage and Transport
The XEBEX AirPlus Rower has the ability to be folded together to take up only 50% of the original floor space. Once folded together simply roll away and store with the transport wheels mounted on the front of the frame.

XEBEX Rowers require minimal assembly. We include all necessary tools, hardware, and clear, illustrated instructions with delivery. Expected time to get the job done is takes you about 30-45 minutes.

How does it compare to other rowers?
XEBEX Air Rowers have been tested with 1.000.000 pulls of robotic arms without failure. The damper settings have a wider range of resistance from 1-10, allowing users to find the perfect personal damper setting. The base of the XEBEX Air Rower is nearly 50cm off the ground, making it easier to get in and out and weighs nearly twice as much as competing rowers.
